A development gets its own site, and the people who live there get a living handbook behind it: how the home works, the local area and trusted trades, plus the handover documents, kept current years after the sales team has moved on.
Greenhill Resident Hub · the development’s own front door · visit the live hub
The usual handover is a folder of PDFs at the door and a phone number that stops being answered. The Resident Hub gives the development its own site and the people living in it a living handbook: how the home works, what is around them, who to call, and the documents from the sale, all kept current instead of going stale. Built for the developer at handover, then handed to the owners’ management company, residents’ association or managing agent who runs the estate afterwards. In the UK, that is the residents’ management company and its leaseholders.
The documents filed against a unit during the sale, manuals, certs and warranties, become the pack in the homeowner’s hub. Nobody assembles it twice.
Timber-frame construction, the heat pump, the BER and the HomeBond guarantee, explained, with the paint reference and broadband providers saved for later.
Schools, shops, food, sport, health and drive times, mapped for the people who just moved in and the ones about to.
An electrician, a plumber and the numbers that matter, gathered by the estate rather than found on a bad day.
Heat pump tips, bin days, appliance guides and FAQs, so the question a new owner asks in week one has an answer in year three.
Residents register once and the management company or residents’ committee approves them. The forum, group links, estate notices and local discounts sit behind the login, with a place for the documents the committee needs to share.
Greenhill in Enniscorthy is the first live deployment, used by over 100 residents. In their own words.
“We moved in and had every manual, the bin days and the heat pump settings in one place. I didn’t have to chase anyone.”
“The trades directory alone saved me an afternoon. I called the plumber the estate recommended and he already knew the houses.”
“Moving down from Dublin, the local area guide made settling in so much easier. Schools, shops, the lot, in one page.”
“Finally somewhere the WhatsApp and Facebook links actually live, instead of having to ask a neighbour for them.”
“It feels like the estate’s own site, not a portal with someone’s logo bolted on. The football group found half the estate through it.”
“Everything a new owner needs on day one, and it’s still there a year later when you’ve forgotten the paint colour.”
The Resident Hub is deployed per development rather than as a single multi-tenant product. That means each estate gets its own build and its own hosting, which is why it looks like the development’s site rather than a portal with someone else’s branding on it, and it means we scope it per development when you ask. The hub does not need Pulse: an existing estate, its management company or a residents’ association can start with the handbook and residents’ area alone.
