When a developer or an estate agent runs their sales on Rylax Pulse, the solicitors acting on the scheme get a scoped login of their own. You see the units you are instructed on, the Sales Advice Note, the contract status and the closing deadlines, and nothing else. The buyer’s ID, proof of funds and solicitor details were collected on the Buyers Portal before you were instructed, so the file arrives complete.
This is not a standalone solicitor product, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. It is the solicitor role inside the developer’s or agent’s Pulse: a scoped view of the contract pipeline you are acting on, with the paperwork attached to the unit rather than to an email somebody has to find.
Your login carries your own role and organisation. Every screen is scoped to it, so you see the units you are instructed on and the developer’s wider portfolio stays the developer’s business.
The SAN is generated by the vendor side with property, vendor, purchaser and financial terms, pushed into the legal queue, and amended or reissued there. You work from the current version, not the one in a thread.
Each unit carries a legal status from sale agreed through contracts issued and contracts signed to closed and post completion, with a history of who moved it and when.
The vendor sets business-day thresholds per legal status. Anything drifting toward a breach is flagged on the board, so the question of which files are stuck is answered before anyone has to ask it.
Every change to a unit is timestamped and attributed, and the audit report exports to CSV, Excel or PDF, which matters when a closing date is disputed six months later.
Photo ID for every named buyer, proof of address, proof of funds, the mortgage approval in principle and the solicitor details are captured on the portal before a sale is agreed, so the chain is not assembled after the fact.
The account belongs to the developer or the agent who sells the scheme. They invite your firm, and your people log in to the units you are acting on. That is the whole arrangement, and it is deliberately narrow: the biggest barrier to getting a legal chain off email is nobody wanting to share everything with everyone.
| Who sees what | Your branch and the contract pipeline you are acting on: the units, the SAN, contract status, closing deadlines and the documents filed on those units. Nothing else. |
|---|---|
| How it is priced | Pulse is priced per product, on enquiry, to the developer or agent who runs it. The solicitor role is part of their account. |
| Where it runs | A web platform, built at Dogpatch Labs in Dublin, deployed in Ireland and the United Arab Emirates and available globally. |
| What it is not | It does not draft contracts, sign anything or move money. It tracks the sale and keeps the paperwork on the unit. |
| How you start | If a client of yours runs on Pulse, ask them for access. If you want your developer or agent clients on it, send them our way, or talk to us directly. |
From instruction to the closing date, on the file rather than in the inbox.
Thirty minutes, your files and the schemes you act on, and an honest answer on whether it helps. If you are the developer or agent looking to bring your solicitors onto the board, this is the same form.
