What is Rylax? +

Rylax is a centralised property development management platform. It brings your entire portfolio into one place, from planning applications through to aftercare, giving you full pipeline visibility across every site, every unit, and every stakeholder.

Who is Rylax built for? +

Property developers, estate agents, solicitors, site managers, and portfolio holders. The platform is designed around the developer, with scoped access for third parties so everyone sees only what they need.

How do I get started? +

Book a demo with our team and we'll walk you through the platform. Once you're ready, you'll go through our custom onboarding portal where you fill in your details, and our team handles everything from there, including all interaction with third parties.

Is there a minimum contract length? +

We offer a 3-month pilot to start. This gives you enough time to see real results across your portfolio before committing long term.

How long does onboarding take? +

Most teams are fully operational within 1-2 weeks. Rylax has its own custom onboarding portal where you fill in your details, developments, and team structure. From there, our team handles the manual onboarding and all interaction with third parties on your behalf. We also hold remote or in-person team training sessions to make sure every member of your team can operate the system efficiently.

Do you migrate our existing data? +

Yes. If you send us CSVs of developments or units, we can manually add them to the system for you. We'll bring across your developments, units, enquiries, and any other relevant data so you're not starting from scratch.

What training is provided? +

Every account gets dedicated onboarding support through the onboarding portal. We train your team on the platform, answer questions as they come up, and provide ongoing support. The platform is designed to be intuitive, no training manuals needed.

Will we have a dedicated account manager? +

Yes. Every client is assigned a dedicated account manager who understands your business and is available for ongoing support.

What can I manage on the platform? +

Everything from planning applications, multi-development portfolios, unit pipelines, enquiries, buyer onboarding, communications, QR code lead capture, development metrics, and audit reporting. All in real time.

Is the platform real-time? +

Yes. The entire platform operates in real time. The moment something changes anywhere in the system, it's reflected on your dashboard immediately.

Can I manage multiple developments at once? +

Absolutely. The platform is built for multi-site portfolios. Every development, phase, and unit is visible from a single dashboard.

How do enquiries get into the system? +

Multiple ways: manually entered, captured via QR codes at show houses and sites, pushed automatically from your website or marketing channels through our open API, or imported from property portals.

Do third parties (agents, solicitors) get access? +

Yes, with scoped access. Each party sees only what's relevant to them. Your data stays yours.

Where is my data stored? +

Your data is hosted on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest.

Who owns the data? +

You do. Your data is yours. Full data ownership and visibility is a core principle of Rylax.

Is Rylax GDPR compliant? +

How is access controlled? +

Role-based access controls ensure every user sees only what they need. Third parties get scoped access , your portfolio data stays protected.

How does pricing work? +

Rylax uses transparent, value-based pricing based on the number of active units in your portfolio. No per-seat fees, no per-development fees, no hidden costs.

Is there a free trial? +

We offer a 3-month pilot programme rather than a free trial. This gives you proper onboarding, dedicated support, and enough time to see measurable results.

What happens if my portfolio grows? +
