Launch and enquiriesEnquiries are captured against a development and a unit and moved through a pipeline with hot-buyer flags. Buyers register on the portal and arrive at launch ranked by readiness.
Sale agreed to closingThe Sales Advice Note goes out with your branding, the unit moves through its legal states, and the thresholds you set surface anything overdue on the action calendar and the priority board.
Handover and afterThe documents on the unit become the handover pack in the Resident Hub, and the activity and audit reports go out to a funder or a board as CSV, Excel or PDF.
